Shipping and production
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days (each product page shows its own time), then your order ships.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
The shipping cost for your bag is shown at checkout before you pay. When your order ships we email you the tracking link.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
Because each piece is made for you, we cannot take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size guide on the product page before you order.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, reply to your order confirmation email within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Stripe. We accept card payments only, with no pay-later, instalment or interest plans.
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout.
