About ordering from Sabr & Shukr.
How do the sizes run?
Hoodies and tees are cut oversized. Size down for a regular fit, or take your usual size for a relaxed, longer, more modest drape. Sweatpants have a relaxed 90s fit, so take your usual size. Every product page has a size guide with flat measurements in inches: a medium hoodie, for example, is 23.5 in across the chest and 28.5 in long.
How long will my order take?
Each piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping within the US usually takes 4–6 days. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
US addresses only for now. Shipping cost for your bag is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return or exchange?
Because every piece is made for you, we can't take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size guide before you order. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, reply to your order confirmation email within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
How can I pay?
By card, through Stripe. We don't offer buy-now-pay-later, instalments or anything with interest. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Do you offer a bundle discount?
Yes. The more pieces in your bag, the more comes off: 2 pieces save 5%, 3 save 10%, 4 save 12% and 5 save 15%. A single piece is full price.
What is the sadaqah pledge?
10% of the item price of every sale (not shipping or tax) is pledged to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF). Refunded sales are left out. We donate in batches and log each donation with its date on our impact page. PCRF has not endorsed this store.
How should I wash it?
Hoodies and tees: wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, and don't iron the print. Sweatpants are embroidered: wash cold inside out and tumble dry low.
Do the hoodies and sweatpants make a set?
Yes. The sweatpants are the same fleece family as our hoodies, and Black, Navy, Athletic Heather and Dust come in both. Pair the same word, or wear any word with the Signature Sweatpants.
What do the words mean?
Sabr: patience and steadfast perseverance. Shukr: gratitude. Ihsan: excellence, doing things beautifully. Sakinah: tranquility. Haya: modesty and bashfulness. Adab: good manners and etiquette. Sumud: steadfastness. One Ummah: one community of believers.
