About Sabr & Shukr

Sabr & Shukr is built on two words. Sabr is patience in hardship; shukr is gratitude in ease. A well-known hadith describes the believer as well in both states, and that idea is the whole brand: whatever kind of day it is, there is a right way to carry it.
We make a small line of heavyweight hoodies, boxy tees and fleece sweatpants, each carrying one word worth keeping close: Sabr, Shukr, Ihsan, Sakinah, Haya and Adab, in English or Arabic. Alongside them sit Palestine and One Ummah pieces, a Have You Prayed? reminder, and a quiet Signature line with only the S&S mark. The type is plain on purpose. The words do the work.
Every piece is made when you order it, in the US: a 10 oz heavyweight fleece hoodie cut to drape, a boxy ring-spun cotton tee, and embroidered fleece sweatpants. Made to order means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. It also means we can't take size returns, so every product page carries a size guide with flat measurements in inches. If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, we'll replace or refund it.
Checkout is by card only. We don't offer buy-now-pay-later, instalments or anything with interest attached.
10% of the item price of every sale is pledged as sadaqah to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF). Refunded sales are left out, and we donate in batches, logging each donation with its date on our impact page so you can see what has gone out. PCRF has not endorsed this store; the pledge is simply ours to keep.
